Looking for easy plant based diet recipes? You’re in the right place!
All Veggie Quest recipes are vegan (though omnivores like them too) and most are low in (or free from) added salt, oil, and sugar. Recipes are also 100% gluten-free, since many people are gluten intolerant—me included. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage a health condition, or just enjoy vibrant good health, these recipes will help you get where you want to go!
Many are Eat to Live friendly and/or McDougall friendly as well. (They are currently listed all together here, but I will be creating quick-reference links by diet plan soon!)

A few Veggie Quest recipes, especially those from the blog’s early days, contain more salt, oil, and sugar than I use now. Forgive me if you come across one of those! Some of my earlier recipes also included dairy and eggs; I have omitted those from this index, although I have left them in the archive.

Just found you and am loving looking through your recipes. I need inspiration! lol Excited that you are GF.

Thanks Mia, hope you find some recipes you like! Let me know which ones you try and how they work out–I love reader feedback. Especially when it’s positive, lol! But if anything needs improvement, I want to know that too. 🙂

Is there a way to search your site?
Lee says
Hi Joanie, there’s a search bar just below my bio on in the right-hand column. (It should appear in every page.) Also, I’m working on adding buttons to my recipe page that will allow people to jump right to recipes that work for them (e.g. Eat to Live, McDougall, etc.) Check back for those soon!
